Having worked in college counseling centers and private practice, I work well with adults (~18 – 60). I work well with relationship issues, family of origin issues, men’s issues, narcissism, SE/SW, ADHD and learning disabilities, trauma, racial trauma, mild to moderate drug/alcohol issues, sexuality/pornography issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I specifically enjoy working with males who need emotion focused work, BIPOC individuals, people who are new to therapy, students with transitional needs, and people with ADHD dealing with lifestyle adjustment and identity development.
